- Preheat the oven to 200c. Place the rack slightly closer to the top heating element. Salmon cooks fast and you won't want to overcook it.
Bake or Grill for 10-12 mins.
I prefer mine moist and buttery so I stick to 10mins. 8 mins baked, the last 2 minutes in highest grill temp, about 250c.
After cooking time, remove from oven immediately.
