- In a saucepan, add this milk and cream and mix well.
- Switch on the gas to low flame.
- Add sugar and green colour and stir continuously.
- Add Gelatine and stir well.
- Do not boil the mixture, just steam it.
- Pour in serving glasses.
- Cool to room temperature and then keep in fridge for 2 hrs to set.
- For Vanilla panacotta: In a saucepan take milk and cream and mix well.
- Add sugar and vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add Gelatine and mix well.
- Cool to room temperature and then keep in fridge for 2 hrs or overnight to set.
- Serve chilled.
