  1. Wash the spinach properly then Blanch the spinach leaves by putting them in boiling water with little salt for 4-5 minutes.
    Take them out and put them in cold water so that the leaves retain their green colour.Puree the spinach leaves in a blender set aside
  2. Tomato,green chilli and coriander leaves bland in mixie jar Set aside.
  3. In a wok/pan, heat oil on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds cloves,2 Green Elaichi,crushed garlic and ginger and saute for few minutes until it starts turning golden brown in colour.
  4. Then add the chopped onions. Fry the onions.add tomatoes puree and sauté it for 5-6 minutes Once the tomatoes is cooked, add garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder and salt. Mix and cook for 2-3minutes
  5. Than Add spinach paste and mix. Sauté it for 4-5 minutes Add water according to how thick or thin you want the sauce to be. Cover the pan and cook the spinach puree for 10 minutes on medium flame Stir continuously to avoid sticking at the bottom.
  6. In pan take some oil in medium heat Shallow fry the Paneer cubes for 2-3 minutes
  7. Then add the heavy cream or milk and mix. And then add the paneer and mix. Served hot with nan roti or rice
